To blog or not to blog
That is a question many businesses are asking these days. It’s understandable that businesses may be wondering what this blogging stuff is and why it would offer any value to the business. In this article, I’m going to try and answer this question with some evidence as to why blogging is a crucial component to success on the web these days.
Many websites today have the ability to blog built in already, such as the WordPress or Drupal platforms. Since the technology is already in place, should your business be blogging?
Well blogging is super crucial to the ability for Google to understand the day-in and day-out actions of your business. Without a timeline stamp that blogs provide, content will always be considered to be flat, timeless and unchanging. A blog by its very nature is changing and documenting the timeline events of the business or website.
So I highly recommend that businesses get involved with a blog, like what I am writing now. This blog has 184 posts on it and has been running for almost 5 years. It is one of the main reasons why our company is ranked as #1 in Billings.
